  • •Develop and execute comprehensive global commodity strategies across electrical sub-tiers.
  • •Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of commodity managers, strategic sourcing leads, and technical sourcing engineers across multiple global sites.
  • •Serve as executive sponsor for Tier 1 suppliers, contract manufacturers, and critical technology partners; establish strategic alliances and performance management (QBRs, KPIs, scorecards).
  • •Partner with Electrical Engineering and Hardware Architecture to drive design-for-supply-chain, alternate component qualifications, and standardization.
  • •Lead commercial negotiations for MSAs, development agreements, LTSAs, and SOWs; mitigate supply risks using dual-sourcing and buffer inventory models.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Operations, Business, or a related technical discipline.
  • •10+ years in electrical & electronics strategic sourcing, global commodity management, or supply chain leadership in complex hardware manufacturing.
  • •5+ years building, managing, and scaling high-performing procurement or supply chain teams.
  • •Proven track record negotiating enterprise-level agreements across diverse commodity portfolios and managing supplier lifecycles.
  • •Deep understanding of NPI workflows and scaling from prototype to high-rate production.
