Key Responsibilities

  • •Promote the full RIDGID/Greenlee product line to end-users across local electrical, mechanical, utility, plumbing, and industrial segments.
  • •Develop relationships across the customer chain (e.g., electricians, plumbers, linemen, foremen, safety directors, purchasing/warehouse/project managers, and owners).
  • •Engage union and non-union training centers to train apprentices and journeymen; respond with urgency in construction contexts.
  • •Develop and execute plans to get products specified and standardized at key end-user customers within defined territories, reporting progress and expense/presentation updates.
  • •Work with Product Managers and regional/product tool leads, follow up on pre-qualified leads, and communicate leads, competitive threats, and market trends to the sales team.

Key Requirements
