Key Responsibilities

•Develop and execute content campaigns that move key buyer personas from awareness through consideration to deal acceleration using resonant messaging, channels, and formats.
•Create original, authoritative content including flagship research, case studies, and customer outcomes that establish Carta Law’s category leadership.
•Build and optimize content for tiered ABM campaigns targeting enterprise PE firms, ensuring messaging ladder from awareness to acceleration.
•Develop sales enablement and customer marketing content that supports Carta Law pipeline and cross-adoption with Carta’s ERP for private capital.
•Own the development and execution of audience-led content in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment, aligning with product, sales, and marketing teams.

Key Requirements

•Deep understanding of legal technology and private capital dynamics; able to tailor content to GCs and CCOs in PE/VC contexts.
•Full-funnel content strategist who can develop and execute plans from awareness to deal acceleration.
•Proficiency with AI-powered content tools and ability to scale production with AI while maintaining editorial judgment.
•Track record of thought leadership and original research (research reports, policy briefs, interviews) that builds market credibility.
•7+ years of experience developing and executing content strategies in B2B technology, financial services, legal tech, or fintech.
