•Define and drive mid-to-long term strategy for CSG services by analyzing the division and growth opportunities from staffing and skills perspectives
•Maximize service delivery capacity by managing utilization of internal consultants, pursuing offshore collaboration and expanding partnerships
•Lead staffing optimizations by coordinating resource allocation discussions with consultants andSalesforce teams and driving partner selection and offshore resource procurement
•Collaborate with global teams and other departments (finance, HR, IT) to align the Japan CSG direction with broader organizational strategies and continuously improve operations
•Define metrics and create dashboards to visualize progress against high-level business goals (KPI) using Salesforce and other tools
