Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with suppliers on parts development and transitions, including clarifying Eaton requirements and reviewing PPAP and First Article Inspections.
  • •Verify supplier compliance by reviewing First Article Inspection documentation prior to production release.
  • •Review supplier concession requests for technical accuracy, quality impact, customer requirements, and proper disposition.
  • •Drive reductions in DPPM, scrap, and improve First Pass Yield (FPY) for purchased products.
  • •Support corrective actions for customer requests and nonconforming materials using DMRs and ensure permanent corrective actions with follow-up.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of combined experience in inspection, receiving, and/or manufacturing/operations environments.
  • •1+ year of experience in a regulated environment (AS9100, AS9110, AS9120, ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 13485, etc.).
  • •Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship, now and in the future.
  • •Ability to work with information/access to hardware subject to ITAR; applicants must be U.S. persons under ITAR definitions.
  • •Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution (preferred) and understanding of GD&T (preferred).
