Job Summary

A compliance-focused legal role owning AI/e-commerce regulatory workflows, data protection obligations, and contract reviews within a fast-growing AI platform. You’ll work closely with the Ethics & Compliance Officer to maintain DPAs, TIAs, TOS/Privacy updates, and vendor contracts, while interpreting complex regulations for product teams in a fully remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Own compliance with worldwide laws applicable to AI and e-commerce platforms, including contracts and data protection assessments (DPAs, TIAs)
•Prepare and maintain compliance documentation (data protection, AI governance, consumer rights, and EU-aligned inventory) and perform risk assessments
•Conduct product and feature reviews for consumer rights and data protection compliance; manage day-to-day compliance tasks (NDAs, licenses, updates to TOS and Privacy Notices)
•Track and analyze relevant legal developments and regulatory guidance impacting EverAI
•Collaborate with the Ethics & Compliance Officer to clarify questions and develop recommendations, including handling NSFW content safely
