Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and expand Visa relationships with global acquirers and payment service providers in Japan.
  • •Coordinate partner enablement to accelerate Visa’s acquiring agenda, from strategy to execution.
  • •Align global product priorities with partner roadmaps and drive implementation of Visa initiatives on the acquiring side.
  • •Build and deepen the acquiring ecosystem by identifying new use cases and improving acceptance and performance.
  • •Drive a sales pipeline for core products and value-added services while applying risk management through Visa controls.

Key Requirements

  • •Fluency in spoken and written Japanese and English.
  • •BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • •10+ years of experience in sales, business development, and account management from a top company, high growth firm, leading consulting firm, or investment bank.
  • •Proven success in account planning, execution, and project delivery.
  • •Strong presentation, communication, networking, and relationship-building skills across internal and client stakeholders.
