Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform table maintenance duties and opening/running/closing tasks per House of Blues service standards.
  • •Keep floors and work areas neat, clean, and free of food and obstacles; manage atmosphere control by circulating throughout the shift.
  • •Clean spills immediately, use floor signs, and ensure trash and recyclables are placed in proper receptacles.
  • •Clean and maintain restrooms and other venue areas, including sweeping/mopping, vacuuming/rug spot cleaning, and polishing hardware.
  • •Operate the trash compactor, handle lost and found, attend pre-shift meetings, and report repairs and safety/fire hazards.

Key Requirements

  • •Responsible Alcohol Awareness Training Certification (or equivalent) required.
  • •Three or more years in cleaning services or related work.
  • •Ability to read, write, and follow written instructions.
  • •Detail-oriented team player with a positive "can-do" attitude.
  • •High school diploma.
