Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate and enable SME activities for Move & Sell Function readiness, ensuring tasks complete on time and to required quality standards.
  • •Serve as day-to-day operational coordinator for Testing, Training, pre- and post-Cutover, and Hypercare execution.
  • •Establish and maintain activity plans, task lists, and trackers for SME deliverables.
  • •Coordinate scheduling and logistics for SME activities (sessions planned/sequenced; meeting rooms/technology and travel coordination if required).
  • •Act as primary coordination point between SMEs and Product Group Readiness Leads and support SME mobilisation within the region.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
  • •Experience working in matrix organizations/operational environments, engaging SMEs and escalating issues appropriately.
  • •Project management experience.
  • •Commercial Services or Shared Services experience with end-to-end Deal to Contract and Order to Cash processes.
  • •Hands-on SAP working experience, with demonstrated ability to plan, schedule, and track readiness/deployment activities involving multiple SMEs or site stakeholders.
