•Accelerate the AI-native data workflow by turning existing patterns into repeatable systems and scalable tools for the entire company
•Build AI agents that perform end-to-end data analyses: explore data, form hypotheses, run queries, interpret results, and generate actionable recommendations
•Make the data warehouse AI-readable by building the semantic layer, context, and retrieval infrastructure for reliable querying
•Automate the data lifecycle with self-healing pipelines, automated dbt model generation and validation, and autonomous data quality agents
•Own the full lifecycle from problem identification to prototyping with LLMs, production deployment, and monitoring

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 210,000 - 330,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Strong experience in data science, analytics engineering, or data engineering with focus on metric-driven analysis
•Deep SQL expertise and experience building data models in a data warehouse
•Experience building and maintaining data pipelines, especially with dbt
•Software engineering chops in Python and ability to deploy production tools
•Autonomy and builder mentality with interest in AI and agent/framework development
