Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as Prime Engineer supporting the B-52 Commercial Engine Replacement Program (CERP) development programs.
  • •Develop SOW breakouts by function and ensure Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) accuracy and allocation to program teams, with approved Basis of Estimate (BOE) data covering scope.
  • •Track all identified issues to closure prior to submitting a proposal and work directly with the USAF customer and executive leadership.
  • •Coordinate proposed changes to assess impacts to deliverables, resources, costs, and schedules, and direct proposal development to complete the work statement.
  • •Provide technical, business, and integration leadership for project/team plans and lead project execution to deliver the work statement.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor of Science degree in an engineering/engineering technology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science field.
  • •10+ years drafting, reviewing, and negotiating statements of work.
  • •10+ years representing multiple skill areas and working with internal/external resources on USG proposals.
  • •5+ years drafting/reviewing/negotiating SOWs and proposals on EMD programs and experience with bomber modifications and/or upgrades.
  • •Ability to obtain a U.S. Secret Security Clearance post-start (requires U.S. Citizenship).
