Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute pre-payroll QA checks per country, including input validation, variance analysis, and headcount reconciliation before payroll runs.
  • •Enforce input cut-off compliance, flag missing/late inputs, validate mandatory fields, and escalate exceptions through approval workflows.
  • •Perform post-payroll validations and reconciliations (gross-to-net accuracy, payslip sampling, payroll vs bank and Finance GL, accrual validation) and log errors in the Error and Incident Log.
  • •Lead root cause analysis for payroll errors within scope and implement corrective and preventive actions (CA/CAPA) to update the QA checklist and SOPs.
  • •Maintain compliance and KPI reporting: validate statutory filings, monitor compliance calendars, govern vendor QA, and own monthly QA scorecards and country risk heatmaps.
