Key Responsibilities

  • •Process customer invoices, credit notes, receipts, and customer account transactions accurately and on time.
  • •Follow up customer collections, monitor overdue balances, and coordinate with Sales to support timely payment collection.
  • •Reconcile customer accounts and investigate differences between customer statements, SAP records, and supporting documents.
  • •Maintain the fixed asset register and ensure acquisitions, disposals, transfers, and depreciation are properly recorded.
  • •Prepare month-end closing schedules for AR, fixed assets and depreciation; support tax filings and audit requests related to receivables and fixed assets.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • •Fresh graduate or 1 year experience.
  • •Analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • •Good knowledge of accounting principles.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP experience preferred.
