Job Summary

Drive the practical adoption of AI and digital technologies across SMBC Bank EU. Contribute to AI governance by supporting testing, control and oversight aligned to GDPR and the EU AI Act, and enable teams through training and adoption of tools such as Microsoft Copilot.

•Drive adoption of AI and digital technologies across SMBC Bank EU in support of strategic business objectives.
•Identify, assess, and support AI and digitalisation use cases that improve processes, operational efficiency, and user experience.
•Collaborate with business and technology teams to design, develop, and implement AI-driven solutions.
•Engage with risk, compliance, and legal teams to support safe and compliant use of AI.
•Enable responsible adoption through training, workshops, and guidance for teams, including adoption of tools such as Microsoft Copilot.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 78,000 - 118,000 annually
