Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee and lead the team to plan, implement, and deliver the full lifecycle of safety model data production.
  • •Develop and optimize strategies and project plans, breaking down complex tasks and standardizing processes to drive business metrics.
  • •Partner with upstream and downstream teams (Product, Algorithm, Data Science) to identify pain points and drive high-quality implementations.
  • •Use data analysis to evaluate business and model performance, identify issues, and lead or participate in AI projects (e.g., model performance optimization and evaluation systems).
  • •Consolidate best practices and continuously improve processes, collaboration mechanisms, and quality standards; lead and develop team members with clear goals and performance monitoring.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Information Management, Artificial Intelligence, or related fields, plus 5 years in product/data/AI operations, strategy operations, product management, or similar.
  • •At least 2 years of team management experience, leading teams through complex operational delivery and cross-functional projects.
  • •Strong full-cycle project management with process design/standardization, identifying optimization opportunities and driving improvements.
  • •High business acumen to break down complex problems and measure value using clear business outcomes.
  • •Strong data analysis skills using SQL and Excel for analysis and retrospectives, with excellent stakeholder communication and management.
