Job Summary

Design and deliver network solutions by translating business needs into scalable architectures. Serve as a trusted technical advisor to clients with pre-sales support, owning solution proposals from opportunity evaluation through proof-of-concept delivery. Collaborate with sales, stakeholders, and delivery teams to build technical design documents, respond to RFPs/RFIs, and guide product pricing and presentations. Apply deep expertise across routing, switching, wireless, IP, security, and cloud/IoT technologies to ensure client objectives are met.

Key Responsibilities

•Transform business needs into network solutions by developing strategic plans for current and future network capacity.
•Provide pre-sales technical support to clients, including solution design and transitioning engagements from pre-sales to delivery.
•Create technical design documents, specifications, and proposal content aligned to client solution requirements.
•Lead and coordinate proof-of-concept (POC) initiatives, including resource coordination and overseeing POC setup and delivery.
•Support sales efforts by guiding teams to close deals, managing opportunity documentation, and maintaining sales pipeline visibility.

Key Requirements

•Thorough understanding of network protocols, topologies, security, and vendor product positioning.
•Proficiency in routing and switching, wireless networks, IP addressing, and network management technologies.
•Deep knowledge of IoT, big data, virtualization, and cloud computing.
•Advanced knowledge of vendor subscription models, including Cisco EA 3.0.
•Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
