Key Responsibilities

  • •Transform business needs into network solutions by developing strategic plans for current and future network capacity.
  • •Provide pre-sales technical support to clients, including solution design and transitioning engagements from pre-sales to delivery.
  • •Create technical design documents, specifications, and proposal content aligned to client solution requirements.
  • •Lead and coordinate proof-of-concept (POC) initiatives, including resource coordination and overseeing POC setup and delivery.
  • •Support sales efforts by guiding teams to close deals, managing opportunity documentation, and maintaining sales pipeline visibility.

  • •Thorough understanding of network protocols, topologies, security, and vendor product positioning.
