Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the face of Carvana at the gates, ensuring egress/ingress protocols are followed and facility access/exit principles are executed.
  • •Use the SAS App and RFID/card access technology to manage and document vehicle movement in and out of the Inspection Center entrance and exit gates.
  • •Conduct routine patrols and document any security and/or safety concerns, including identifying and researching vehicle exceptions for inventory reconciliation.
  • •Participate in incident readiness by understanding the Incident Response Protocol and taking appropriate action during emergencies and difficult situations.
  • •Support security operations by assisting with CCTV review requests and badge requests via JIRA and providing ongoing coaching and development to new associates.

Key Requirements

  • •1 year of Carvana Safe and Secure experience.
  • •Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • •Knowledge of CCTV, RFID, card access, and other Safe and Secure technology.
  • •Ability to organize, plan, and execute multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • •Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English and be at least 18 years of age.
