Key Responsibilities

  • •Set the technical and product direction to make Webflow code-native with high-fidelity round-tripping between visual and code surfaces.
  • •Lead the integration of coding agents into the Webflow building experience.
  • •Own the developer experience for working in code, including core primitives, APIs, tooling, and feedback loops.
  • •Create and sequence a roadmap for turning emerging, ambiguous problem spaces into coherent platform and customer-facing capabilities.
  • •Hire, coach, and develop engineers while staying technically engaged via architecture/design reviews, prototyping, and hands-on contribution when it accelerates the team.

Key Requirements
