Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain project plans, schedules, status updates, risk/issue logs, action items, and dependency lists with supporting documentation.
  • •Track deliverables, dependencies, risks, issues, and timelines; escalate blockers and follow up on assigned actions.
  • •Analyze project data to identify trends or gaps, reconcile information across sources, and support metrics tracking for project health.
  • •Prepare project status reports, meeting notes, dashboards, and leadership updates; use approved AI-enabled tools to draft and summarize project materials while maintaining data quality and confidentiality.

Key Requirements
