•Maintain reliable on-site attendance for scheduled shifts.
•Ensure compliance with clinical standards, facility policies, and regulatory requirements.

Key Requirements

•Active U.S. license and board certification for Nurse Practitioners (ANCC, AANPCB, PNCB, or AACN) or Physician Assistants (NCCPA).
•Board certification in one of the following specialties: Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, General Practice, Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, or Geriatric Medicine.
•Ability to provide patient-centered care in skilled nursing facilities and perform daily rounds, medication prescribing, and treatment planning.
•Proficiency with EHRs and clinical documentation (iPad with LTE, AI Scribe) and access to UpToDate for clinical guidance.
•Commitment to regulatory and facility policy compliance and reliable on-site attendance.
