ICT – Analyst/ Specialist

Lead and govern the end-to-end technology change management lifecycle, ensuring changes are controlled, compliant, and aligned with business objectives. Facilitate Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings, assess and approve change requests by risk and readiness, and oversee impact assessments, rollback plans, and implementation schedules. Track change performance through post-implementation reviews (PIRs), while enforcing change management policies and standards for operational stability and continuous improvement.
