Job Summary

Analyze, control, and forecast PRA’s financial statements to provide accurate, reliable information for business decisions. Own regional reporting into P&L and cash flow, generate follow-up reports on key business variables, and support timely financial insights to other teams. Build P&L and cash flow budgets with cross-functional partners, ensuring short- and mid-term cash visibility and performing financial analysis for commercial and marketing innovations.

Key Responsibilities

•Report, control, and analyze regional financial information within the company’s P&L and cash flow, producing follow-up reports on key business variables.
•Support business decision-making by providing timely, reliable financial information and analysis to other teams.
•Prepare P&L and cash flow budgets in collaboration with all areas to define revenue, cost structure, expenses, investments, and working capital aligned to company objectives.
•Ensure cash flow visibility in the short and mid term by aligning resources with business needs across teams and tracking requirements.
•Generate reports and support analysis for other areas on financial topics such as A&P and SC, including analysis of innovations/new products from Commercial and Marketing.

Key Requirements

•Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Business, Finance, or related fields.
•Minimum 1 year in financial areas and/or financial planning.
•Knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, accounting, and financial statement analysis, including financial math and database handling.
•Analytical thinking with strong financial judgment; flexibility and adaptability.
•Advanced Excel; ability to work under pressure with teamwork, planning, and organization.
