Job Summary

Support the research, development, and delivery of trims across ready-to-wear collections, translating design intent into high-quality, commercially viable components. Partner with vendors to align on capabilities, capacity, and timelines; lead seasonal trim research; manage the trim development critical path; and oversee sourcing, ordering, and delivery to meet quality, cost, and timing targets. Collaborate with Design, Product Development, and Engineering, including PLM updates and support for product testing.

Key Responsibilities

•Build and maintain partnerships with vendors to understand capabilities, capacity, and delivery timelines.
•Lead seasonal trim research and present new concepts aligned with design direction and brand standards.
•Define and manage the trim development critical path, ensuring milestones are met and risks are addressed proactively.
•Oversee sourcing, ordering, and delivery of trims to achieve quality, cost, and timing targets.
•Maintain accurate, up-to-date trim information in PLM systems to ensure consistency and transparency, and collaborate to resolve technical challenges and support product testing.

Key Requirements

•Strong understanding of trim development, materials, and construction, translating design concepts into technical solutions.
•Proven experience working with vendors, communicating clearly, and building effective partnerships.
•Ability to manage multiple projects while balancing creativity with commercial awareness and cost considerations.
•Knowledge across fabrics, raw materials, garment construction, and leather.
•Experience using relevant systems and tools, including PLM and Microsoft Excel, with a detail-oriented approach to accuracy.
