Job Summary

Design, develop, and optimize secure, accessible, user-friendly frontend and UX interfaces for radiation exposure management workflows. Build responsive web applications for inventory, exposure tracking, RBAC, and organizational navigation, collaborating with product owners, backend/API engineers, and stakeholders. Conduct user research and usability testing, ensure compliance with Section 508 and cybersecurity/privacy standards, maintain UI documentation, and support user acceptance testing, deployment, and ongoing operations, including disconnected scenarios.

Key Responsibilities

•Design, develop, and maintain responsive, accessible, user-friendly web interfaces for inventory, exposure tracking, and RBAC workflows
•Collaborate with product owners, backend/API engineers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into UI/UX solutions
•Conduct user research, usability testing, and workflow analysis to drive continuous interface improvement
•Ensure interfaces comply with DoD accessibility (Section 508) and cybersecurity/privacy standards
•Implement frontend frameworks, maintain UI documentation/style guides/component libraries, and support user acceptance testing, deployment, and ongoing operations

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s Degree
•Minimum 3 years of experience designing digital user interfaces or websites
•Ability to obtain a Secret Clearance
•Proficiency with modern frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue and UI component libraries
•Expertise in accessibility (Section 508), responsive design, and cross-browser compatibility
