Key Responsibilities

  • •Own sprint execution end to end: create/close sprints in Jira, run grooming and planning, lead standup, track capacity/velocity, and ensure stories are complete before sprint close.
  • •Serve as the handoff quality gate between Product and Engineering by reviewing build readiness, flagging ambiguity/missing context, and resolving open requirements questions before work begins.
  • •Run the US-India coordination bridge with a daily PM touchpoint, facilitate overlap-window ceremonies, and maintain async-first collaboration to keep live meeting load low.
  • •Manage cross-team dependencies and risks by identifying sequencing/resource constraints early, routing blockers to the right owner, and escalating threats to delivery.
  • •Coordinate unit test logistics (test resources, defect tracking) and document/post-launch on-call and escalation paths for business-as-usual operations.

Key Requirements

  • •5-8 years of technical program or project/scrum team management experience delivering complex, cross-functional programs in enterprise SaaS or platform environments.
  • •Own end-to-end programs spanning multiple teams, including defining scope and goals in ambiguous conditions.
  • •Strong technical fluency to understand and explain how Workday and ServiceNow fit together and whether user stories are build-ready.
  • •Demonstrated knowledge of Workday HCM or ServiceNow, including module configuration, integrations, annual HR cycles, and basic security model concepts.
  • •Best-in-class Jira and sprint management skills, including running ceremonies cleanly and producing accurate sprint summaries.
