•Territory Dominance: Build and execute a sophisticated territory plan for Greece, consistently delivering against high-growth ACV and consumption targets.
•The Hunter Mentality: Convert whitespace into active opportunities. Own the full cycle—from cold-opening Tier-1 accounts through executive networking to multi-million-euro closures.
•Salesforce Ecosystem Synergy: Master the Power of One, co-sell with Salesforce Core AEs, aligning Data Foundation (MuleSoft & Informatica) to the broader Salesforce Customer 360 vision.
•Strategic Value Selling: Lead complex, value-based sales cycles; translate technical capabilities into board-level strategic outcomes.
•Orchestration: Act as the CEO of your territory, aligning Solution Engineers, Professional Services, and Partners to ensure customer success and deal momentum.

Key Requirements

•The ideal candidate has at least 8 years of enterprise software sales with a hunter's DNA, with a track record of opening new accounts and achieving multi-million-euro quotas in growth markets.
•Strong grasp of integration/API trends (REST, event-driven, microservices) and knowledge of MuleSoft/Informatica or related middleware/data clouds.
•Experience co-selling or competing within the Salesforce ecosystem, and understanding how Data Foundation underpins AI Cloud and Data Cloud.
•A value-based seller who can map business pain to technical ROI/TCO justifications when engaging CIOs or Heads of Digital.
•Fluent Greek and fluent Business English are essential for C-suite engagement; able to thrive in scale-up environments with autonomous execution.
