Service Finance collections supervisor

Supervise and lead collections and recovery activities for assigned portfolios, including payment relief approvals, settlements, repossession, charge-offs, foreclosure, and attorney assignment. Manage and coach a collections team to meet delinquency, loss, and recovery goals while ensuring consistent, compliant execution of processes. Monitor daily systems/production reports, conduct quality reviews, escalate client complaints, and coordinate with leaders across Client Default Solutions and other departments.
