Key Responsibilities

  • •Travel and support branches within the assigned region by performing on-site equipment service, maintenance, and repairs.
  • •Address hard/soft down equipment, conduct machine inspections, and prepare units for use.
  • •Troubleshoot issues using real-time diagnostic tools and apply electrical and hydraulic expertise to resolve problems.
  • •Perform repairs and preventative maintenance on rental/customer equipment and tools while working under higher-tier technicians.
  • •Maintain complete, timely electronic documentation (work orders) and assist with pick-up and delivery of equipment and parts.

Key Requirements

  • •Must own tools applicable to the position.
