•Educate and empower clients by demonstrating product expertise and sharing knowledge.

•Drive results by exceeding sales goals and key performance indicators.
•Support inventory and merchandising while maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 17 - 20 hourly

Key Requirements

•Previous experience delivering excellent customer service and building client relationships in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment.
•Passion for beauty and beauty trends, with a drive to empower clients’ confidence.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•Ability to work as a team in a collaborative, goal-oriented, and inclusive environment.
•Ability to quickly learn and share product knowledge, and physically lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
