Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide technical account management and deliver projects, including participating in services pre-sale processes.
  • •Gather customer requirements and design tailored solutions, including efficient backup and business continuity policies.
  • •Escalate and manage technical issue resolution with customer support, R&D, and data center operations teams.
  • •Develop and maintain knowledge bases, create executive summaries and root-cause analysis reports, and keep customers informed on tickets and incidents.
  • •Lead or assist deployments and configuration, deliver technical training, and conduct technical audits for performance and security optimizations.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of hands-on experience configuring and/or operating complex corporate systems.
  • •Experience administering and troubleshooting on-premise virtualized environments (VMware ESX, Microsoft Hyper-V), Windows Server, and networks.
  • •Basic Linux troubleshooting and scripting (bash), including networks, firewalls, and log analysis.
  • •Basic endpoint management and security experience (EDR) using real-time monitoring to detect and respond to suspicious activity.
  • •Solid understanding of cybersecurity concepts and tools such as RMM, backup, and disaster recovery (Acronis Cyber Protect experience is a plus).
