Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the Global Process Owner for Warehousing, driving global warehouse processes and SOPs in collaboration with regional and local teams
  • •Develop, update, and maintain global SOPs and work instructions within Sonova's quality system (eQMS)
  • •Oversee change requests, testing, and approval processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency
  • •Partner with global logistics teams to share best practices and continuously improve operations
  • •Support ERP rollout projects, including user training, process testing, and change management

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum of 5 years' experience in warehouse management or logistics functions
  • •Bachelor's or Master's in Logistics or Supply Chain Management (preferred)
  • •Strong knowledge of SAP logistics modules (EWM, TM, GTS) and Microsoft Office
  • •Project management experience, ideally in international or warehouse process design contexts
  • •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
