Key Responsibilities

  • •Industrialize and optimize manufacturing processes, serving as the operational interface between design and series production
  • •Define, justify (ROI), and deploy production investments and resources (tools, machines, workstations)
  • •Model capacity variations and propose alternative flux organization scenarios
  • •Create and evolve fabrication documentation (work instructions, visual instruction sheets, manufacturing synoptics) and define cycle times (Takt Time)
  • •Analyze manufacturing malfunctions and deploy corrective actions; support operators (training) and provide level 2/3 technical support; collaborate with Maintenance for tool reliability and preventive maintenance plans

Key Requirements

  • •First successful experience in an industrial environment, ideally electronic assembly
  • •Knowledge of industrialization methods, production follow-up, and continuous improvement tools
  • •Technical skills in mechanical and/or electronic systems
  • •Comfortable with English
  • •Recognized for rigor, autonomy, analytical mindset, and good interpersonal skills
