Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage asset inventory, datasets, and assessments as directed by the Asset Manager.
  • •Support and train others in asset information systems.
  • •Coordinate design tasks such as pavement investigations and project scoping.
  • •Monitor and report on asset inspection regimes and frequencies, conducting inspections as needed.
  • •Contribute to asset management plans and the pavement Forward Works Program; update condition and inventory data and attend contract meetings.

Key Requirements

  • •Asset management awareness or at least 2 years of experience in road/civil design, data analytics, asset management, asset maintenance, asset management systems, pavement design, or related advisory roles.
  • •A bachelor’s or post-graduate degree in a relevant field.
  • •Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail, able to transform complex data into clear, actionable formats (including PowerBI visualisations).
  • •Strong written and verbal communication skills, including report writing and data presentation.
  • •Client-centred approach with the ability to build relationships; driver’s licence required (Construction White Card and First Aid are desirable).
