Key Responsibilities

  • •Repair printers and MFPs on the road and as the main responsibility.
  • •Be the primary contact for assigned customer service issues and interact to ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • •Install, reinstall, maintain, and repair customer equipment at various customer locations.
  • •Configure hardware, software, and network components and solve technical problems across assigned hardware and software platforms.

  • •Strong hardware troubleshooting skills and ability to run system diagnostics/tests to identify and resolve malfunctions.
