Lead CX solution architecture from first customer conversation through proposal and signed contract. Partner with Sales Specialists to qualify, shape, and win high-value CX deals, translating customer challenges into feasible, commercially viable solutions. Drive end-to-end architecture from high-level vision to detailed low-level design, present impactful demos, align delivery/product/commercial stakeholders, and incorporate CX and collaboration market trends to strengthen customer propositions.

Key Responsibilities

•Own the technical solution for CX opportunities and deliver a complete customer offering.
•Co-create winning deals with Sales Specialists to qualify, shape, and convert opportunities into signed contracts.
•Design solutions that balance customer value, feasibility, and commercial viability.
•Translate customer needs into high-level vision and detailed technical designs, including scope, pricing drivers, and delivery approach.
•Engage stakeholders, challenge assumptions, deliver demos, and align internal delivery, product, and commercial teams for proposals.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in CX pre-sales, solution architecture, or consulting.
•Hands-on experience with CX and collaboration platforms (e.g., Genesys, Cisco, NICE, AWS, Webex, Zoom).
•Ability to turn technology into business value.
•Comfortable in customer-facing roles, including demos and technical discussions.
•Fluent in Dutch and English.
