Job Summary

Serve as the client service ambassador for the boutique, delivering exceptional client hospitality and supporting the sales team. Prepare and serve food, beverages, and refreshments, keep client service areas stocked and presentation-ready, and respond to ad hoc client requests. Monitor and replenish hospitality supplies, maintain stock accuracy, and ensure the boutique stays exceptionally clean and well presented throughout trading hours, including during peak periods and events.

Key Responsibilities

•Support the sales team by preparing and serving food, beverages, and refreshments to deliver exceptional client hospitality.
•Ensure client service areas, lounges, and private appointment spaces are fully stocked and presentation-ready.
•Monitor, organize, and replenish client service tools and hospitality supplies; maintain stock accuracy and storage organization.
•Maintain the boutique’s cleanliness and presentation by inspecting and tidying client and selling areas, including display cabinets and counters.
•Reset and organize fitting rooms between appointments and support boutique operations during peak trading periods and client events.

Key Requirements

•Availability to work a 7-day roster including weekends.
•Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service, sales and/or hospitality.
•Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
•High standard of presentation and grooming.
•Highly efficient, organized, and attentive to detail; able to work independently and collaborate with a team.
