Senior Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor - Data Center Construction

Deliver cost management services as the day-to-day client interface across a large-scale data center program, with a strong focus on change management. Lead change control and governance, evaluate and negotiate change orders, maintain cost logs and contingency tracking, and provide detailed cost analysis and recommendations. Partner with design and construction teams to develop estimates, reconcile contractor data, support dispute avoidance, and produce monthly cost reports, variance analysis, and final closeout inputs.
