Job Summary

Serve as the direct liaison with customers to install, maintain, and upgrade Applied Materials PDC SEM-based inspection systems. Use digital analytics and standard diagnostics to troubleshoot equipment, perform preventative and corrective maintenance across electron beam, vacuum, electrical, and mechanical systems, and support customers in improving defect inspection performance and yield. Coordinate with customers and internal teams to understand inspection requirements and ensure tool uptime and performance.

•Troubleshoot equipment using standard diagnostics, with support from senior engineers as needed.

•Associate degree, technical training, or equivalent experience (Bachelor’s preferred).
•4–7 years of experience supporting semiconductor equipment or related field.
•Experience with SEM tools or e-beam inspection systems.
•Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills, including vacuum systems and precision motion systems.
•Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical schematics; solid communication skills and basic Microsoft Office knowledge.
