Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and management on HR-related matters.
  • •Develop, communicate, and execute labor relations strategies within an operations stakeholder group.
  • •Investigate and resolve employee relations issues within the stakeholder group.
  • •Support and consult on talent acquisition with hiring managers and the talent acquisition group.
  • •Support talent management efforts and implement metrics to track progress toward HR goals.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • •3+ years of HR Business Partner experience in a manufacturing setting, or 5+ years in a non-manufacturing setting.
  • •1+ years of experience supporting labor relations within a manufacturing environment.
  • •Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • •Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
