Job Summary

Lead HR initiatives for the Operations Team by serving as a trusted advisor to employees and management. Drive strategies for labor relations, investigate and resolve employee relations issues, and support talent acquisition and talent management. Partner with stakeholders to execute HR initiatives, and implement metrics to track progress and accountability. Work collaboratively with other HR business partners to support organizational goals within a manufacturing-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and management on HR-related matters.
•Develop, communicate, and execute labor relations strategies within an operations stakeholder group.
•Investigate and resolve employee relations issues within the stakeholder group.
•Support and consult on talent acquisition with hiring managers and the talent acquisition group.
•Support talent management efforts and implement metrics to track progress toward HR goals.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
•3+ years of HR Business Partner experience in a manufacturing setting, or 5+ years in a non-manufacturing setting.
•1+ years of experience supporting labor relations within a manufacturing environment.
•Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
