Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and drive engineering strategies for communications systems aligned with long-term objectives and international rail engineering standards.
  • •Lead technical investigations and performance assessments, ensuring timely closure and driving continuous improvement through FRACAS.
  • •Provide technical governance for communications modifications, refurbishment projects, and system upgrades with safety and railway standards compliance.
  • •Drive obsolescence management, reliability-centered maintenance (RCM), and lifecycle-focused initiatives using RAMS/FRB principles and data-driven asset management.
  • •Mentor communications engineers, sponsor change management for asset modifications and new technologies, and represent engineering in FRB/change management/project transition activities.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics/ Electronics and Communication engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
  • •System engineering experience in communications systems and related interfaces.
  • •Proven experience in maintenance development, asset plans, RAMS, FRB, and change management.
  • •Experience in stakeholder management across engineering and operations groups.
  • •Ability to develop and interpret large data sets and support data-driven reliability and lifecycle decisions.
