Key Responsibilities

  • •Work with business and Subject Matter Experts to write, refine, accept, and prioritize stories/features that support compliant, high-value solutions.
  • •Own and maintain a prioritized work backlog with complete user stories and acceptance criteria; review and accept IT/business output against criteria.
  • •Represent the business perspective across one or more delivery teams throughout the product delivery lifecycle.
  • •Partner cross-functionally (UX, designers, business analysts, developers, testers) to develop, execute, and release aligned with roadmaps.
  • •Facilitate and document business processes, define metrics for benefits/adoption/risk, and ensure risks are identified, measured, monitored, and controlled in line with policies.
