Key Responsibilities

  • •Team & Workflow Management: Manage a team of Global HR Specialists, establishing operational workflows, SOPs, and KPIs to ensure regional payrolls are executed with flawless accuracy.
  • •Process Optimization & Scaling: Audit and standardize payroll workflows to eliminate manual bottlenecks and create a scalable payroll infrastructure across global entities.
  • •Global Scale & Execution: Oversee monthly end-to-end payroll operations for Aircall’s international entities (France, US, Spain, Germany, Australia, and remote via EOR) and the employee lifecycle from onboarding to exits.
  • •Compliance Governance: Act as the authority on global payroll tax laws, local statutory benefits, and strict compliance frameworks, embedding checkpoints into daily and monthly workflows.
  • •Modern Tech Stack Management: Maintain and optimize the HRIS-to-Payroll pipeline, ensuring seamless integrations between BambooHR and NetSuite.
