Assistant Store Manager

Assist the Store Manager as part of the Store Leadership Team to ensure effective store operations. Execute strategies to improve customer service, drive store sales, and increase profitability while serving as a positive role model. Lead and coach store staff, support hiring and training, and help implement action plans for sales, goals, safety, and personnel development. Maintain inventory levels through replenishment, organization, and shrink control.
