Deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience as a Coach brand ambassador, building client relationships and meeting personal and store sales goals. Drive revenue through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations while using mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling (including short-form video) to capture data and encourage repeat purchases. Support daily store operations, including transactions, inventory processing, visual merchandising, and maintaining an organized, customer-ready sales floor.
