Key Responsibilities

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of experience across IT operations and enterprise systems, with 5+ years leading multi-function IT or enterprise technology organizations.
  • •Proven experience owning Service Desk, Systems Engineering, and Enterprise Technology functions.
  • •Experience implementing and managing ERP platforms and enterprise business systems at scale.
  • •Strong background in identity and access management (directory services, SSO, MFA, role-based access controls) and IT asset management.
