Lead the model training organization and define the research agenda behind training more capable, aligned, and interpretable AI systems. Drive day-to-day model training and post-training execution, while setting technical direction across intentional design, interpretability-informed training, and alignment. Build and mentor a world-class team of researchers, balance long-term research with near-term delivery, and partner closely with scientific leadership to translate strategy into production outcomes and durable research breakthroughs.
