Key Responsibilities

  • •Work in the project management team for Design Management under the guidance of a Senior Design Manager.
  • •Take responsibility for partial areas in design management within general planning across defined task fields.
  • •Provide interdisciplinary overall coordination and control across all specialist disciplines and trades.
  • •Monitor compliance with construction costs, schedules, and contractually owed services.
  • •Lead project teams and oversee work quality with (often) cross-office or international teams; proactively manage decision-making and coordinate with clients, engineers, and contractors.

Key Requirements

  • •Completed degree in architecture or a comparable field.
  • •Minimum 10 years of professional experience after master/diploma, including at least 4 years in LPH 3–4 and 4 years in LPH 5.
  • •Experience planning, coordinating, and delivering planning projects in the German market (and ideally internationally).
  • •Initial experience leading a planning team and in project management would be an advantage.
  • •Good knowledge of German building regulations and environmental requirements, plus strong communication and coordination skills (German and English).
