Key Responsibilities

•Lead the trade-in program’s strategic and operational framework across multiple markets, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and profitability.
•Conduct market research and feasibility studies to assess trade-in product viability and profitability.
•Develop pricing strategies and commercial models to ensure competitive positioning and financial sustainability.
•Advise on inventory management, reducing excess stock and mitigating financial risk; optimize operational processes and refurbishment workflows.
•Collaborate cross-functionally and oversee contracts with suppliers/refurbishment partners/logistics providers, while implementing digital tools and automation to streamline operations and improve customer experience.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
•5-7 years of experience in business development and operational management within the electronics industry.
•Mandatory experience in the consumer electronics and/or IT hardware sector.
•Proven experience building and managing relationships with partners, suppliers, and key stakeholders.
•Hands-on experience overseeing warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics, with strong analytical/reporting skills (advanced Microsoft Excel).
