Post Production Line Lead - Chandler

Supervise daily post-production operations in an inspection center, managing hourly associates to safely move vehicles, meet inventory production targets, and uphold quality standards. Review and approve mechanical and physical defects, lead repair or rejection decisions with the General Manager, and train associates using Quality Control standards to minimize re-checks and rework. Drive performance management, coaching, safety practices, and clear communication while preventing and resolving team conflicts.
