Job Summary

Lead Pelco’s regional sales efforts across Northern California and Northern Nevada by driving territory engagement through tradeshows, product demos, and partner-led activities. Partner with distributors, integrators, and end users to grow net-new business, solve deal and technical challenges, and present complex video security solutions. Manage CRM best practices in Salesforce and deliver weekly/quarterly pipeline and forecasting reports while traveling extensively throughout the territory.

•Support partners with quotes, proposals, and troubleshooting objections.
•Maintain Salesforce CRM best practices and provide weekly/quarterly reporting and forecasting; travel extensively within the territory.

Key Requirements

•4+ years of experience in complex technical sales, or 2+ years of video security/access control field sales experience.
•Demonstrated hunter mentality with a track record of exceeding quota expectations.

•Working knowledge of CRMs and maintaining best practices in Salesforce.
•Ability to travel reliably throughout the assigned territory and lift objects up to 50 lbs for equipment demos.
